...and I did accomplish some positive things. Donated several boxes of items to a local resale shop that supports a local HGH school.
...I did use up a lot of scrap yarn on charity hats and scarves.
...I began making items for a local charity that helps parents with basic baby needs. Love making the tiny pieces.
...but my life changed in August. I worked for one law office part-time, but needed additional income. I heard about a need in a second law office and applied. I now work at both of the offices for a total of 35 hours a week.
This cut back on my crafting and decluttering time. ((Sigh)) Will try harder in 2020.

Zero spending for 2019
My intention, based on the fact I have sooooo much in craft supplies, was to go on a ZERO SPENDING FREEZE FOR 2019. Eight days in, and I blew it.
Every couple weeks I go to a local thrift store, that sells items to benefit a nearby high school. My idea was to look for a glass cover for a dish that I love to bake in. I'd replaced a cover for another dish, and have been checking back to see about this cover. Two aisles away from those dishes was the craft department - and you know what happened. Yup, headed that way and found two 8 oz. skeins of Red Heart worsted weight yarn in military green. This size skeins hasn't been available for years and at $1.50 each I didn't even consider not buying them.
$3.17 spent. Will try harder next time.
